Our office has been around for over fifteen years now. We not only provide our tenants a house to rent, but a home.

With the diversity of the homes we offer, from 1 bedroom apartments to 5 bedroom houses & properties from Smithfield to Suffolk, we have something to please everyone.

We always make sure our properties are taken care of. Not only are we open Monday to Friday 8-4 p.m., but we provide tenants with a 24 hour number for those unexpected emergencies.

Our staff always has a smile on their face when someone comes into the office. There's nothing that we cannot help you with!

Hugh R. Cross, Broker

Cross Management was started in 2003 by Hugh Ritchie Cross, CRS, GRI, RMP. Hugh worked with his father, Harry Lee Cross Jr., for many years before starting his own company.

Hugh has been licensed in Real Estate since 1969. He is an active member of the Hampton Roads Realtor Association (HRRA), the Virginia Association of Realtors (VAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). He is also a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).
